about

Apologies for the spelling of "One," but it's the only way I would work it and still make sense. The track began as a take on the WBFF (hence my butchering of the English language) Fox 45 News Theme circa 1992. However, as the project evolved, I went in another direction. If one is truly "WBFF," they have to represent diversity, individuality, fearlessness and more.

In short, their carpet (read: their moral and intellectual base) must be of a quality most just cannot comprehend or obtain through conventional means. In Baltimore, years ago, there was a carpet store called Standard Carpet. Their jingle indicated that they were "the quality carpet people." So, I figured, "hey, I'm doing an EP based around a 'Baltimore Commercial Break.' Why NOT utilize this to get my point across?"
