Shoutout to my real friends, such as my TeamDAR brothers, Drizzle Sez, Gingawd, and them, my family (duh), and others who've supported (even if their support came in the way of "don't do X, do Y" guidance).

In coming up as SOTB, I've amassed a lot of support from folks seeing the vision. I've also amassed a lot of hangers on who've wanted me to hype their stuff up and not reciprocate. I've also dealt with a lot, job-wise, to the point where I'm restarting now, in a lot of ways.

So, this "Revival of Speed" is a lot more lyrical than some of the more storytelling bars featured on Papa Speed's Boys. However, I'm also having more fun with it than I was on Papa Speed's Boys (not because of the subject matter, but because the project was kind of a chore to finish). All in all, it's a rebirth of sorts brought on by getting tired of folks taking my kindness as weakness and taking my write-ups as a token to just start discounting everything else I do that doesn't involve them directly.

Keeping up the nerd factor, this one is based on the oft-forgotten PS2 JRPG Wild Arms 4 (play it, it's deeper than it looks) and features a lot of references to other pop culture things.

Son of the Beast, the antithesis of Papa Speed's Boys in some ways, coming soon.
