Soooo...this song was one of a few actually written while I was in a psych ward in 2013. Its "official" name is "Pra(e)ying on Niggas: The Mental Breakdown/Self-Evaluation, Late 2013," but that's too much to type out. Anyhow, "The Mental Breakdown" showcases a "battle" between the more sane aspects of myself and the full-blown mania-having Speed on the Beat. I'd suggest playing this track, after listening to the whole album as presented, right after Come and Get It.
