Originally intended as the intro to the upcoming "Songs For..." album, "Never" delves into some of the aftermath of RR. For those that don't know, "RR" or "RAQUEL RELOADED" dealt with a young man who pretty much went through hell and back because of his own gaffes.

The song's subtitle, "Pledge to the Son," is simply decoded. I'm pledging that whatever happened between his mother and I, I'd always be there for my son (and even his mother. That's a long story that'll be expanded upon in "Songs For...," dropping January 2013)
